Manage and monitor decentralized office network infrastructure including network for cloud services like O365, S4B rollout and office 365;
Investigate link congestion/saturation issues in the decentralized offices and follow up on link reliability/capacity issues to ensure IT service delivery;
Enhance LAN/WAN monitoring capabilities and monitor and troubleshoot the LAN and WAN environment;
Provide cabling for computer center, offices and LAN;
Manage and monitor wifi infrastructure in HQ;
Provide network/cabling assistance to meeting rooms;
Provide remote assistance to IT Technical Officers in the field for issues related to LAN/WAN services and provide technical guidance on requests for purchasing local ICT infrastructure (e.g. LAN equipment, UPS, cabling, etc.)
Prepare and maintain up-to-date all networking operational documentation, procedures and network diagrams
Report on issues to supervisor proposing recommendations such as equipment replacement/upgrade options and/or support issues;
Work closely with other CIO teams in conducting troubleshooting day-to-day
